This has two components a) Organisation of text b) Linguistic aspects (grammar, vocabulary, sentence selection etc). I strongly belive in end to end case study of writing scenario. The process does not only include technical skills of language & organistation but the whole process of planning your writing piece. Once you finish doing 8 to 10 emails/case studies, you will see a clear improvement in your writing skills.
